Jami has worked in the financial services industry since 1998 and brings nearly three decades of experience to her role as Senior Client Service Associate. She supports all facets of client service and account administration, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant management of investment accounts and a consistently smooth client experience.
In her role, Jami responds to client inquiries, prepares and processes new account documentation, executes trades, and oversees contributions, distributions, and ongoing servicing requests. She also serves as the firm’s in‑office Notary Public and Signature Guarantor, offering clients added convenience and support.
Known for her reliability, deep industry knowledge, and calm, solutions‑oriented approach, Jami is an essential member of the firm’s service and operations team.
Outside the office, Jami loves to read and is an eight‑time published poet. She’s an avid hockey fan—especially when the Colorado Avalanche are on the ice—and she cherishes time with her husband, son, and mother.
