Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Natalie is an FPQP® (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™) and Partner at Sindrich & Associates, where she also serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC, holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, and is licensed in life and health insurance.
Since beginning her career in financial services in 1997, Natalie has built deep expertise across operations, planning support, and client service. She leads all operational and service functions for the firm, including Advisor Services, Trade Operations, New Business, Account Operations, Reporting, Billing, and the firm’s financial management. Her work centers on strategic planning, financial forecasting, and designing efficient, client‑focused processes that strengthen the firm’s long‑term growth and elevate the client experience.
Outside the office, Natalie enjoys cooking, gardening, and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
